The Workshop on Budget Support for civil servants from Montenegro, organized by ReSPA, will be held from 23th – 25th January 2017, Danilovgrad (Montenegro). The objectives of the training is to ensure that the participants develop a practical understanding of sector approach in the context of IPA funding and know how to design and implement budget support in an effective way.
