In cooperation with the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC), ReSPA is organising the Seminar on Better Regulation for Public Administration Reform (PAR) Legislators. The Seminar will bring together drafters of legislation in the area of Administrative Law from ministries responsible for public administration and justice from Western Balkans’ governments. Topics to be discussed include Better Regulation efforts, with particular focus on public consultations, costing of legislation, and regulatory impact assessment.
