ReSPA is organising a networking meeting on 23 October 2015, bringing together senior officials responsible for General Administrative Procedures (GAPA) and e-Government agenda from the Western Balkan region. This meeting is related to One Stop Shop solutions, and is a follow-up activity of the Study Visit to Vienna that was organised by ReSPA in March 2015. At the meeting, the experts will present the draft Baseline Analysis on One Stop Shop solutions in the Western Balkan countries. The participants are expected to discuss best models for One Stop Shops in the region, and to recommend further activities, including possible pilot projects in this area.
