ReSPA gathers Resource Management High Level Experts (Community of Practitioners) from the Western Balkans, in Becici, Monetnegro from 24-25 April 2014

ReSPA is gathering Human Resource Management High Level Experts (Community of Practitioners) from the Western Balkans in the Network Event in Becici, Montenegro from 24-25 April 2014.

This experience sharing and brainstorming platform has been inherited to ReSPA from the UNDP Regional Center on Public Administration Reform. This is the third time that this event is being conducted in the region

 

The members of this network will review the challenges of HRM in the Region and discuss the its’ main perspective in regard of the EU 2013 Progress Reports and SIGMA Report as well as subsequent research on human resources management and development in the region. They will propose and discuss a strategy for the CoP, and, in particular, discuss thematic options and types of activities that this community of practitioners will undertake. Also, during the two day event, the members of the network will discuss the HR Roadmap, including specific activities and the timeframe for their implementation.

2 members each from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo*, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia as Member States of ReSPA are represented in this network as permanent members

* This designation is without prejudice to positions on status, and is in line with UNSCR 1244 and ICJ Advisory opinion on the Kosovo Declaration of independence
