Preparation of the Comparative Study on “The Quality of Human Resources Management in the Western Balkans: An Analysis of Problems and Strategies to Improve the Implementation of Merit Recruitment Procedures”
For the purpose of drafting the comparative study on “The Quality of Human Resources Management in the Western Balkans: An Analysis of Problems and Strategies to Improve the Implementation of Merit Recruitment Procedures”
ReSPA is intending to engage one International/Lead Expert and 6 (six) Regional Experts fluent in English from ReSPA members (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia) and from Kosovo*. The study will identify obstacles for the successful implementation of HRMD policies and propose strategies for the improvement of the quality of implementation. It will concentrate on the area of recruitment and selection as a crucial case study for the analysis of the quality of implementation of HRM policies in the Western Balkans. The study will explicitly take into account the European principles of administration for the management of human resources as developed by SIGMA.
