Notice for Experts – Expert on the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR)
Regional School of Public Administration (ReSPA) seeks to engage one Expert on the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR).
The objective of the Assignment is to prepare and deliver presentations on the ECHR for ReSPA beneficiaries, to moderate discussions, and to support preparation of the Study Visits to the European Court of Human Rights and Council of Europe (CoE) that ReSPA will organise in April and September 2017.
