ReSPA is seeking an expert to support Albanian authorities on strategic financial and budget planning related to the Action Plan 2023-2025 of the National Cyber Security Strategy and Methodology for the Identification of Critical and Important Information Infrastructures in Albania. For more information about the assignment, please find attached the Procurement Notice and Terms of Reference (ToR).
