The proposed ReSPA training activities in any given year are the result of discussion and approval on the part of the Steering Committee. The topics of the various seminars are devised on the basis of a training needs analysis carried out towards the end of the prior year along the lines of the corresponding methodology previously approved by the Steering Committee. ReSPA training events cover a wide range of topics in the field of public administration, from human resources and strategic management courses to seminars on drafting policies and legislation, and even specific policy areas such as consumer protection or intellectual property. Detailed programmes for each training activity are prepared throughout the year, and other relevant training activities are also planned on occasion.
