The Network of Institutes and Schools of Public Administration in Central and Eastern Europe (NISPAcee) would like to inform all institutions about the project "Translation of Selected Publications into CEE National Languages". 
 
The objective of this project is to translate relevant publications into CEE national languages based on requests and needs of governmental institutions or NISPAcee member institutions from CEE countries. Eligibility is limited to institutions with professional interest in public administration in Central and Eastern Europe. Applicants will have to prove the usefulness of translated publications in their respective countries, they will need to define a clear distribution policy, make sure the translation respects high quality standards, and that they have the ability to cover distribution costs. Priority will be given to institutions in a position to distribute the publication at their own expense. Applicants should determine clear overall calculation of costs of translation (proofreading/editing) and publishing (priority will be given to reasonable translating and publishing price quotations).
 
Make sure your application contains the following information:

1. Grant recipient (name of institution, person responsible, full contact details)
2. Description of goals and objectives (purpose of translation, target audience of the translated material)
3. Detailed distribution needs (print run, distribution policy, selling price if applicable)
4. List of selected publications (ranked according to their importance)
5. Overall cost of the project: detailed translating, editing and printing costs (maximum price per page for translation, editing and printing should not exceed 12 USD per page)
