The Steering Committee of ReSPA was established in accordance with the Protocol of Cooperation on the Creation of the Regional School of Public Administration signed in Brussels on 2 May 2006. The role of the Steering Committee was to provide guidance and to review progress in the implementation of the ReSPA institutionalisation, training and networking agendas. With the ratification of the International Agreement establishing ReSPA, the Steering Committee has ceased to exist, and its functions have been taken over by the Governing Board. |
