"Good governance through citizens' involvement and active participation". This project covers 12 counties and 65 municipalities all over Albania, at local level. It will help strengthen the administrative capacities and empower citizens in the administrative processes at local level.

"Local units and management of the small business tax". This project will help staff dealing with taxation at the local level throughout Albania in the process of decentralization and transfer of competencies from central level to local authority.

The implementation of this project runs from June 2007 to the end of 2007.
