Since the B&H Agency for Civil Service established its website, services it provides became more transparent. One of those services is its Web Forum. Motto of this service is "place where you contribute to the development of professional state civil service in Bosnia and Herzegovina".

• Status of civil service in Bosnia and Herzegovina -  this topic enables you to post and find discussions on civil service in B&H, the way civil service operates with B&H institutions, what has been good or not, how to achieve professionalism, effectiveness and efficiency in B&H institutions.
• Civil Service Employment - this topic helps you in the process of employment, conducted by the Agency; here you can give opinion and discuss on how to promote this process for the purpose of employing best staff in civil service.
• Training of Civil Servants - this section is intended to all civil servants who attend or are interested in attending some training organised by the Agency. It can help you get opinions about the training you already attended or provide suggestions on training you should have. It is a kind of evaluation tool for the Agency.
