At the 6th session of the Steering Committee held in Paris on 30-31st January 2008, the first round of vote on the location of ReSPA in the region gave the absolute majority to Montenegro. There was a decision taken by the Steering Committee Members to confirm this result by consensus.

The city of Danilovgrad, Montenegro, has been chosen to host the future Regional School of Public Administration (ReSPA). Construction works plan to start by mid May 2008 and should be completed by December 2008 at the latest.
