The ReSPA Steering Committee is composed of the representatives of the Protocol signatories from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo under UNSCR 1244/99, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia. The member appointed by the European Commission chairs the Steering Committee.
