ReSPA will present its CAF experience at the conference “CAF2020 - Towards Public Administration Reform and European Integration
ReSPA team, Quality Management and CAF practitioners from the Western Balkans are looking forward to joining the Conference to listen, learn and exchange their CAF experiences.
The CAF Conference is supported by Austrian Development Cooperation, CAF centre of KDZ Centre for Public Administration Research and BACID.
It is an open event for all CAF users, experts, academia and all persons interested in the field of quality and change management in the public sector. For those who are working on the further development of CAF, those who were or are involved in the implementation of CAF in their institutions as well as for those who are exploring this idea – this will be a unique opportunity to discuss the CAF impact on public administration reform and further development of the CAF approach. Besides the 20th CAF Anniversary celebration, the new book “Transforming Public Administration with CAF” will be presented as a milestone of the BACID II CAF-program.
ReSPA team will present the CAF experience with the endeavour of developing Regional Quality Management Centre within ReSPA. Ljiljana Uzelac, Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government, Serbia, will present the importance of using the CAF and of ReSPA as a regional QM Centre from the Ministries' perspective.
CAF2020 is designed as the European guideline for good governance and excellence in the public sector organisations.
