Capacity Development
Following the needs of the governments of the Western Balkans, we jointly detect the most critical areas in the public administration that need to be improved. Based on those needs and supposed results, we organize different types of events: high-level ministerial dialogues, thematic conferences, mobility schemes, on-demand support, peer-to-peer learning, seasonal schools, study visits, workshops, seminars, pilot projects, horizontal activities, and other.
We are bringing together governments' representatives, globally prominent experts, and our partners to share best practices, learn from and support one another to make visible progress in PAR and move the Western Balkan region forward toward EU integration.
Through different kinds of events, we empower government representatives with the critical insights, skills, knowledge, tools, and connections needed to do their jobs competently. In that way, they improve public administration services for them to be more efficient to the benefit of citizens and businesses.
We give our attendees an active role in all of the events we organize. By nurturing the participatory approach, we provoke and appreciate their comments and suggestions based on which we finalize the research documents and studies.
