Following the announced CAF training within BACID III Project, dated 13^th June, that will be offered to remaining applicants from the Public call Certified CAF Facilitator and External CAF Feedback Expert (EFAC) as well as to other targeted public servants, we are pleased to inform you that ReSPA is organising  regional training on CAF-CAF 2020 – Towards Excellence in Public Administrations that will be held in Tirana, on 11th and 12^th October.

Programme

AS ReSPA continues to build capacities in quality management and CAF in ReSPA Members and this training aims to increase the capacities in administrations on:

• the system of the Common Assessment Framework (CAF) and its assessment criteria;
• the principles of quality management (QM),excellence and governance;
• how to assess their own organisation with the CAF;
• how CAF promotes change initiatives in public administrations
