ReSPA is organizing a Workshop on advancing HRMIS, LMS and TMS in the Western Balkans: Trends, Challenges and Innovations on 15^th and 16^th May 2024 in Tirana (Albania).

The main objective of the Workshop is to:

1. Enable practitioners from ReSPA Members to gain insights into good HRMIS, LMS, and TMS practices and learn from each other and OECD members;

2. Foster dialogue on overcoming specific challenges related to HRM digitalisation in the Western Balkans;

3. Develop actionable recommendations tailored to improving HRM systems in Western Balkan administrations.

This workshop targets:

1. Senior managers with responsibilities for HRM in the Ministries in the region, in particular, from the Ministry of Public Administration and HRM authorities/Civil Service Agencies;

2. Officers dealing with HRMIS, LMS and TMS.
