ReSPA is organising the Mobility Programme to the National School of Administration (SNA) and the Department for Public Administration in Rome. The visit will take place from 15 to 17 July 2025.

As previously discussed, the programme will build on the successful training held in Bari and will include a combination of practical workshops, job shadowing, and engagement with senior officials in Italy’s public administration:

• Tuesday, 15 July: Inception meeting at the Department for Public Administration, including meetings between our participants and senior representatives of the Italian administration.

• Wednesday, 16 July & Thursday, 17 July: Sabrina Bandera (SNA) will deliver a practical workshop dedicated to developing a competency framework for a public administration institution (tentatively from 9:00 to 16:00).
