ReSPA is organizing Training on Implementation of OGP Participants and Co-Creation of Standards in Albania, in Tirana on 6-7 June 2023.

Through its On Demand instrument, ReSPA provides support to Ministry for State for Service Standards, Albania, organizing two-day Training for thirty public officials from Albania, selected into the structures to lead the process of developing of Open Government Partnership (OGP) National Action Plan, its implementation, monitoring, and reporting.

OGP National Point of Contact, members of the Multi-Stakeholder Committee of OGP, its OGP Committee Secretariat, and Focal points from different national institutions will have the opportunity to learn and discuss the key aspects of the OGP implementation in a national framework that pertain to OGP co-creation standards, multi-stakeholder dialogue, the inclusion of CSOs in all the processes and meeting the requirements for the national action plan implementation.

Alongside these topics, the closely linked aspect of ensuring fruitful communication between public institutions and CSOs in all OGP processes and the models of promoting of the OGP will be the second topic at the training.

OGP Support Unit has engaged Tim Hughes (Lead, Democracy & Participation, OGP Support Unit) to provide lectures and shed light on the topics of implementing OGP standards in all processes related to OGP National Action Plan, while Manjola Hasa  will present the modalities of ensuring the  participatory dialogue with CSOs while promoting OGP principles
