ReSPA is pleased to announce the Workshop “Leading with Vision: Cultivating Foresightful Leadership" planned to be organized on 20 and 21 November 2023 in Paris (France), in partnership with the French Ministry of Transformation and Public Service and the French Institute of Public Service.

The Workshop shall focus on strategic foresight and policy-making and strengthening the leadership in public administration through the experience of the State Public Service of France and the European Commission. It shall also ensure full interaction of the participants through group work and discussion.

The Workshop targets senior public servants from the institutions in charge of strategic planning (PMO, General Secretariats), human resources management and coordination of EU integration. The working language is English.

ReSPA will cover international travel for the participants. In case of flight cancellation by participants, the costs of flight tickets will be covered by the participants' respective institutions. All participants will be paid per diems to cover their accommodation, meals, and local transportation costs in their residence and place of mission. Participants can book and pay for their accommodation in Paris based on their preferences.
