ReSPA is organising a Webinar on the Strategic Role of HR Units in Public Administration, on 26 June 2025, from 13.00 to 14.45h.

The Webinar will examine how HR units can play a transformative and future-oriented role and what structures, skills, and systems are required to empower them. The focus will be placed on the role of a strategic HR manager, the competencies necessary for effective HR leadership, and how to build productive, trust-based partnerships with top executives.

Distinguished experts from France, Belgium, Estonia and Serbia will share their experiences:

• Ms.  Faustine Bentaberry, Head of the Department for European and International Cooperation and Partnerships of the DGAFP (General Directorate for Administration and Civil Service), Ministry of Public Administration of France;
• Mr. Peter Vandenbruaene, Head of Key Skills Development, Federal Public Service Policy & Support (BOSA), Belgium.
• Ms. Karin Kivari, the Head of HRM in the Ministry of Finance of Estonia;
• Ms. Jelena Djeric, Head of the HR department in the Customs office in Serbia;

Moderators of the event will be Ms Eve Limbach-Pirn from Estonia and Ranka Bartula-Mušikić, ReSPA Programme Manager.
