ReSPA is organising the Meeting of Directors of Training Institutions from the Western Balkans and Moldova (back-to-back with the DISPA meeting), on 6 May 2026 in Nicosia, Cyprus.

The meeting is organised in the margins of the DISPA meeting titled “The strategic learning function – L&D as a driver of reform and innovation” and aims to provide a dedicated platform for regional exchange among Directors and Heads of training institutions. It will focus on discussing key challenges faced by training institutions, exploring innovative training practices – in particular approaches going beyond classroom-based learning – and identifying opportunities for future cooperation and alignment with EU trends in public sector learning and development.

The meeting is intended for Directors/Heads of training institutions and senior representatives responsible for learning and development.
