WS Collaboration Leadership: Cross-unit Coordination under Constraints
ReSPA is organising the second Beyond Classroom Learning Workshop, titled “Collaboration Leadership: Cross-unit Coordination under Constraints”, on 28–29 April 2026 in Zagreb, Croatia.
This workshop is part of the broader Beyond Classroom Learning initiative aimed at co-designing, testing, and packaging practical leadership micro-practices that can be applied directly in the workplace at the Croatian National School for Public Administration and later scaled across the Western Balkans through ReSPA.
The second workshop will focus on collaboration leadership, with particular attention to cross-unit coordination under constraints. Through scenario-based practice, participants will work on situations related to ownership and coordination across silos, such as “not my mandate” responses, urgent delivery with unclear requirements, and resource tensions. The workshop will emphasize collaboration behaviours and simple decision routines that can support more effective horizontal cooperation in public administration settings.
The workshop is intended for representatives of public administration training institutions from the Western Balkans, namely deputy directors of the training institutions and senior managers in charge of training programmes and methodologies.
