The panel aims to showcase the tangible benefits of quality management, particularly through instruments such as the Common Assessment Framework (CAF) and the international ISO standard. The focus is on experiences from Montenegro and the EU, as well as on the contribution that CAF and similar approaches make to both local and national institutions.
