ReSPA is organizing the Programme Committee Meeting on 31 January 2024 in Skopje, North Macedonia.

During the ReSPA Programme Committee meeting, participants can share updates on the current situation, targeted goals, priorities, and successful examples and developments in Public Administration Reform (PAR) and the European Integration process. The meeting will familiarize members of the Programme Committee and other participants with ReSPA's goals, objectives, and specific activities completed within 2023, along with the forthcoming plans for 2024. They will also receive information about the results of critical analyses and studies conducted in 2023.

Discussions during the meeting will focus on the anticipated development process of the new ReSPA Strategy for 2025-2031. The agenda will include a presentation on the role of public administration reform in the Fundamentals Cluster of the EU accession process and the momentum of EU accession in the Western Balkans. Lastly, participants will be briefed and informed of the current status of PAR in the latest European Commission Enlargement package for 2023.

The activity is intended for the following target group:

• Members of the ReSPA Programme Committee;
• Liaison Officers.
