ReSPA is organizing the Online Conversation on Strategic Employer Branding and Talent Management, on Monday, 3 June 2024, at 13.00h, with a duration of up to 1.5 hours.
Employer branding and talent management are integral to attracting and developing public servants motivated to contribute effectively to organisational success and public service delivery. By strategically aligning these efforts, public sector organisations create environments where employees feel valued, empowered, and motivated to fulfil the organisation's mission. Investing in effective employer branding and talent management strengthens the workforce and enhances the public sector's capacity to deliver impactful services to citizens and communities.
This ReSPA online conversation will be focused on the EU public administration practices on employer branding for talent management, strategies to attract talented candidates to public service, competency-based selection for recruitment, and talent development from onboarding to ongoing training and skill development, including digital technology.
