ReSPA is organizing the Workshop Navigating Transformation: Empowering Public Service for Today's Trends and Challenges, in Tirana, Albania, on 19 June 2024.

The Workshop is crafted in partnership with the French Ministry of Transformation and Public Service (General Directorate for Administration and Public Service - DGAFP). It follows up on the signed Declaration of Intent between ReSPA and the French Ministry.

Public servants from the Western Balkans will discuss among themselves and their peers from the French administration both the achievements and challenges encountered in harmonizing public services with the shifting tides of modern and effective public service and EU integration demands. This Workshop is an essential activity in view of ReSPA's intensified focus on leveraging EU Member States' practices and forging peer practitioners' networks between WBs and EU MS.
