Regional training on cybersecurity standards in public institutions

10 September - 11 September 2025 Bar, Montenegro Thematic Workshops

Geneva Centre for Security Sector Governance – DCAF, in cooperation with the Regional School of Public Administration - ReSPA and the Western Balkans Cyber Capacity Centre, Montenegro - WB3C, is organising regional training on cybersecurity standards in public institutions on 10-11 September 2025 in Hotel Princess, Bar, Montenegro.

The training is organised within DCAF’s regional project “Programme for Good Governance in Cybersecurity in the Western Balkans”, funded by the United Kingdom’s Government’s Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO).

The regional trainings on cybersecurity standards in public institutions aim to bring together representatives from key institutions across the Western Balkans responsible for the education of public servants, where they will have a unique opportunity to:

  • Learn about the new trends,
  • Gain insights on how to develop a cybersecurity training curriculum for public servants,
  • Learn from and compare concrete case studies from the EU and the Western Balkans,
  • Share their experience and expertise.

With the goal of continuing a successful cooperation between our organisations and institutions across the Western Balkan region in the field of cybersecurity, we are pleased to extend an invitation to three representatives from your respective administration institutions that at least two out of three should come from the schools/academies of public administrations to attend the upcoming training.
