BACID III – Kick off Meeting

ReSPA representatives attended the BACID III Kick off Meeting which gathered distinguished project partners and stakeholders from the Austrian Association of Cities and Towns (AACT), the Austrian Development Agency (ADA), NALAS and others.

Ms Olivera Damjanović, ReSPA Programme Manager presented ReSPA's role in the realization of the BACID III Programme for the upcoming 2.5 years, focused on enhancing QM Agenda in the WBs public administration institutions. Damjanović announced that some of the activities envisaged under the Regional Quality Management Centre and supported by the BACID III project will include implementation of CAF and PEF (external CAF evaluation) procedure, organization of the CAF ToT training for CAF facilitators together with Certified PEF training, and others. Also, she highlighted that “through Regional Quality Management Centre, which has been established within a “mutually beneficial relationship” together with ReSPA Members in February 2021, the institutionalization of CAF has been highly prioritized”.

Within the BACID project, ReSPA and KDZ have been implementing the CAF in the WBs public administration institutions for years. ReSPA is a long-committed to supporting creating citizens-oriented administration that ensures the quality and accessibility of public services. Hence, it is focused on introducing instruments for Quality Management (QM), especially the Common Assessment Framework (CAF).
