36th Budget Committee Meeting
ReSPA organized the 36th Budget Committee meeting that tackled numerous topics related to Financial & Operational Management.
Mr Borislav Orechovski, ReSPA Operations and Finance Manager, presented Annual Financial Report 2021 as well as Core Budget Implementation for 2021, and gave a Comparative analysis of Core Budget expenditures.
Meeting also served as a good opportunity for ReSPA to present the implementation of the Annual work program and staff resources and discuss ReSPA financial regulation improvements (provision alignment with the latest IFRS standards). Finally, the ReSPA team informed the Budget Committee members about the Annual plan of activities related to the Grant interim report requirements, ReSPA Core Budget Addendum 2022 and novelties related to the BACID III project.
