French Experts Mentor Western Balkans Leadership Academy Participants on Project Development
The third module of the Western Balkans Leadership Academy continued with dynamic and interactive working sessions, led by French experts Vernique Chanut and Valerie Darthout. This practical phase brought together participants from public administrations across the Western Balkans, who are developing project ideas as part of their leadership journey.
During the sessions, the French experts carefully reviewed the progress of each participant’s project concept. They engaged in in-depth discussions on the relevance of project objectives, the depth of needs analysis, and the feasibility of planned activities. The sessions also focused on evaluating whether the proposed actions were realistic and achievable within the given timeframes and available resources.
To further support the participants, the experts committed to sharing a tailored project instructions —a structured template designed to help alumni refine and shape their ideas. This tool will assist participants in preparing robust and coherent project proposals ahead of the Academy’s final module, scheduled to take place in Podgorica in September 2025.
The Academy continues to empower emerging leaders from the region to translate strategic thinking into action, fostering collaboration and innovation across public administrations.
