At the 49th Budget Committee Meeting, the ReSPA Secretariat presented financial performance, operational progress, and the EC Grant IPA III/2022/437-350 Implementation report to Budget Committee Members.

The meeting examined key financial reports and budget proposals to ensure ReSPA's sustainability and efficiency. The Budget Committee assessed the implementation of the ReSPA Annual Work Program and Budget, reviewing progress on initiatives, financial allocations, and staff resources in line with 2024 objectives.

Budget Committee Members examined and approved the ReSPA Audit Report for 01.01.- 31.12.2024 and the Expenditure verification report of the ReSPA Budget Implementation for 2024.

ReSPA Secretariat also presented the Expenditure verification report of the ReSPA Budget Implementation for 2024 and updates on other ongoing projects. Additionally, the committee reviewed the status of financial contributions from ReSPA members.

The meeting concluded with discussions on ReSPA Procurement Status and Plan for June – December 2025 and scheduling the next Budget Committee meeting.

The Budget Committee’s recommendations will be presented to the Governing Board for further action.
