Director Handjiska-Trendafilova and László Szegedi, Vice-Rector for Education at Ludovika University of Public Service, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that formalises the long-standing cooperation between the two institutions.

The agreement marks a significant step toward strengthening excellence in public service education, with a strong focus on advancing regional cooperation and human capacity development across the Western Balkans. By deepening the partnership with Ludovika University and expanding collaboration with Hungarian public institutions, the MoU aims to create new opportunities for training, research, and exchange among civil servants.

The signing highlights the growing importance of knowledge exchange, capacity building, and regional partnerships as essential drivers for modernising public governance and supporting sustainable reforms throughout the region.
