Notice for Experts : eGovernment Senior Expert for OGP Regional meeting
For several years, ReSPA has been running Working Group on e-Government. In 2016, ReSPA enabled participation of the eGovernment working groups’ representatives for the very first time at the OGP Summit in Paris, France. The combined interest of the WG on eGovernment in open data, cyber security, OGP and other aspects of Information society resulted in the continuation of collaboration with the OGP Secretariat. On 17-19 July 2018. ReSPA has realised its second participation with high level delegation from the Western Balkan countries at the OGP Summit in Tbilisi, Georgia and during 2019 Global OGP Summit ReSPA has taken an active role in Ottawa, Canada. In close consultations with the OGP national point of contact and OGP Secretariat, it has been decided to set regional event which will be held on 3-4 October 2019 in Budva, Montenegro, as integral part of the INFOFEST event. The objective of the OGP regional event is to allow for exchanging experiences on the practical solutions on OGP action plans implementation, use of IT (new technologies) in different areas of public administration, and present regional initiatives in the subject (OD/OGP/eServices/aligned topics) and to define areas of joint future interventions.
With this document, ReSPA is seeking for eGovernment Senior Expert for OGP Regional meeting. Please find attached the Procurement notice including Terms of Reference for the assignment.
