Notice for Expert: Development of demos for electronic performance appraisal
The Regional School of Public Administration (ReSPA) seeks to engage one Expert who would develop demos for electronic performance appraisal.
ReSPA is in the process of developing Guidelines for conducting performance appraisal for the Western Balkans (WB). The guidelines shall consist of: preparation, initiation and conducting of performance appraisal, as well as the use of inputs obtained during the evaluation process. The Working group members on Human Resource Management and Development also expressed interest in electronic performance appraisal.
