Notice for Expert: Expert on Regulatory Impact Assessment of NAPA Training Regulations
ReSPA is seeking independent expert assistance to NAPA in conducting an ex-post and ex-ante Regulatory Impact Assessment of selected by-laws regulating the professional development system for public administration employees in the Republic of Serbia.

2) Terms of Reference;
3) Legal Entity Form for individual experts;
4) Legal Entity Form for a private company.

The required documentation should be submitted electronically by email to the following address: procurement@respaweb.eu by 15 July 2026 before 12 PM CET. Late submissions will not be considered for evaluation.
