Expert in Institutional Development and Financial Sustainability
ReSPA is seeking an Expert in Institutional Development and Financial Sustainability who will provide a Discussion Paper on ReSPA’s Institutional Development and Financial Sustainability, with scenarios for implementation horizon of 2027–2030 and a strategic outlook to 2034, based on the organizational assessment, the existing strategic and institutional framework and identified operational gaps and challenges.
