ReSPA is very pleased to launch the 2^nd round of the “Mobility Schemes Programme” for interested civil servants from your countries which will be executed from 10^th May – 10^th June 2013. In the attachment, you will find the Mobility Schemes Programme, Guidelines and the Application form for your attention and for interested candidates.

The Programme aims at contributing to a creation of accountable, effective and professional public administration in the region by offering tailor-made mobility schemes for interested civil servants who seek to learn from experiences and good practices of other countries.

With this call, ReSPA will financially support 10 civil servants (2 per ReSPA Member and Kosovo*[1]) who are interested to spend 5 working days in another ReSPA member state. All details and information related to the programme, you may find in the attached documents.

We kindly ask you to provide us with all completed application forms that you will receive by 8 May 2013. ReSPA Secretariat will do its best to make the final selection of 10 participants.
