ReSPA is organizing the workshop “Regional Community of Practice for Public Sector Integrity”, on 21-22 October in Tirana, Albania. 

ReSPA set up the Community of Practice (CoP) on Public Sector Integrity Community of Practice (CoP) as a long-term cooperation framework for the representatives of WB administrations, and the operational mechanism for regional peer exchanges, implementation of integrity trainings, partnerships with civil society organizations to strengthen awareness-raising, and academia to include public policy research inputs. 

Previous workshops (June and October 2025) brought together a diverse set of public administration stakeholders and integrity institutions from the Western Balkans to facilitate discussions on shared challenges and good practices regarding public sector integrity.  

Under the project “Strengthening capacities in ethics and integrity in public service in the Western Balkans”, supported by the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs of the Republic of France, ReSPA developed the e-learning course on Public Sector Integrity, which would serve as a resource for further support to improved integrity education beneficiary administrations. 

This workshop for the Community of Practice would focus on the presentation of the new e-learning course and peer exchanges on how to inform the administration-specific reform activities. 

The primary working language for this module is English, so the potential participants should have a good command of English, as interpretation will not be available. Each administration may appoint up to 3 participants – public administration professionals, assuming mid- and/or senior positions in the following types of institutions: 

1. Anti-corruption agencies and/or similar institutions tasked with the monitoring of integrity plans, their implementation and reporting by the public sector institutions (1 participant); 

2.  Agencies in charge of public administration training / human resources management (1 participant); 

3.  Ministries of public administration (or equivalent), in charge of the PAR strategies and action plans (1 participant).
