ReSPA is organizing a joint meeting of Quality Management Working Group and CAF Network, as well as a back-to-back event on Quality Management in Public Administration (6 July 2022), which will be co-hosted by OECD/SIGMA, ReSPA and the most relevant actors and stakeholders from public administration in Albania.

The ReSPA and OECD/SIGMA event Quality Management in Public Administration will look into the position of QM in public administration from the perspective of reform processes, modernisation of public administration and optimised delivery of public quality services for citizens and businesses. Furthermore, the current trends of QM in Albania, as well as future steps toward increasing its usage will be presented and discussed during the event.

A joint ReSPA Quality Management Working Group and CAF Network meeting aims to review the results and impact of the current Regional Quality Management Centre (RQMC) Programme (‪2021-2022) with respect to the needs of each ReSPA Member and to discuss possible variations and upgrading of the short and mid-term RQMC Programme initiatives at the regional level.
