In line with its Programme of Work 2023–2025, ReSPA is pleased to inform you that we are organizing the participation of the Points of Contact (PoCs) from the Western Balkans at the Open Government Partnership (OGP) Global Summit 2025, which will take place on 7–10 October 2025 in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain.

The OGP Global Summit is a premier international event that brings together more than 2,000 government and civil society representatives, international organizations, and experts to discuss transparency, accountability, citizen participation, and the role of technology in governance.

Through this participation, ReSPA aims to:

1. Enhance the visibility of the Western Balkans within the global open government community.
2. Showcase regional achievements and challenges in open government and digital reforms.
3. Facilitate peer learning and exchanges between Western Balkans PoCs and global reformers.
4. Strengthen regional cooperation by promoting collective progress and experiences.
5. Explore synergies between ReSPA’s priorities and OGP’s global commitments.

Agenda at a glance:

1. 7–9 October: Participation in OGP plenary sessions, panels, and ReSPA side event
2. 10 October: Event and meeting with Western Balkans and Eastern Partnership representatives
