On 2 September 2026, ReSPA is presenting the concept of the Regional Public Administration Mobility Programme, “Shaping the Future of Public Service – Together”, announced during the Berlin Process meeting in Budva.

The online introductory session will bring together selected civil servants from the Western Balkans and Eastern Neighbourhood to explore the programme’s methodology, define their learning objectives and prepare for the upcoming executive training and mobility exchanges. Inspired by an “Erasmus for civil servants” approach, the programme combines peer learning, job shadowing and practical institutional exchanges to strengthen professional capacities, regional cooperation and readiness for EU integration.
